February 5. Waldburg Communications welcomes AKT LONDON, an exceptional premium body care brand, as a new client and will now lead PR and communications for the DACH region.
AKT LONDON was founded by Ed Currie and Andy Coxon — two professional dancers from London’s West End. Night after night, they performed under intense stage lights, in physically demanding conditions, wearing costumes that left no room for compromise. What was missing was a deodorant that truly worked — high-performing, skin-friendly, and aesthetically aligned with a new generation of conscious consumers.
From this deeply personal experience, AKT was born: a highly effective, aluminum-free deodorant developed for maximum performance under real-life conditions. Not conceived in a lab as a marketing idea, but created out of genuine need by two individuals whose bodies are part of their profession.
