Anassa in a New Light

February 2025 – Anassa, the renowned luxury resort on the Cypriot coast—widely known as the “Queen of the Mediterranean”—is currently undergoing the first phase of an extensive renovation. The focus lies on the evolution of its iconic main terrace, the redesign of all Junior Suites and higher room categories, including the villas, as well as the introduction of new culinary concepts.

A total of 76 rooms and suites have been reimagined in soft color palettes, natural materials, and carefully curated details, offering a contemporary interpretation of Mediterranean elegance. The room portfolio is further enhanced by the addition of an Accessible Garden View Room.

The Amphora Restaurant also unveils a new dining concept with Grill at Amphora, an à la carte dinner experience centered around premium grilled dishes and fresh seafood. The menu is complemented by regional produce and wild-caught fish from both the Mediterranean and the Atlantic.
