March, 2026 – Explora Journeys announces the launch of “In Balance: A Jannik Sinner Ocean Wellness Programme,” now available for booking and set to debut on April 24 across all journeys of EXPLORA I, and from May 18 aboard EXPLORA II.

This marks a significant evolution of the brand’s partnership with Grand Slam champion and Global Brand Ambassador Jannik Sinner, opening a new chapter in ocean wellness. The programme will also be brought to life through Jannik’s personal presence during a special segment of the EXPLORA III Prelude Journey. This exceptional five-day voyage from Genoa to Civitavecchia (Rome), taking place from July 24 to 29, 2026—made possible by the ship’s early delivery ahead of its maiden journey—will welcome Jannik on board from July 24 to 25.

Developed in close collaboration with Jannik and his performance team, “In Balance” translates the discipline of elite sport into a tailored guest experience focused on long-term physical and mental vitality. Bookings for the full wellness programme are now open via the Explora Journeys website.

Rooted in the brand’s Ocean Wellness philosophy, the programme redefines peak performance through a holistic lens. Inspired by Jannik’s composed discipline and fluid playing style—seemingly effortless yet grounded in years of rigorous preparation—the experience is structured around four core pillars:

• Train: A one-to-one training session focused on precision, control, and balanced performance, translating elite athletic principles across all fitness levels.
• Re-centre: A guided breathwork session designed to enhance mental clarity and regulate the nervous system through calm, conscious breathing techniques.
• Restore: A restorative treatment combining targeted muscle release with therapeutic touch to alleviate fatigue, improve mobility, and promote deep relaxation.
• Renew: The programme concludes with a revitalising wellness circuit in the thermal area of Ocean Wellness – The Spa, where alternating heat and cold therapies stimulate circulation, support recovery, and restore balance.

Each element has been thoughtfully designed to ground guests in the present moment and extend the Ocean State of Mind far beyond their time at sea.

A Journey of Firsts: The Mediterranean Prelude Journey of EXPLORA III

The Mediterranean Prelude Journey of EXPLORA III offers an exclusive, behind-the-scenes experience at sea—alongside the visionaries and leaders who brought the ship to life. The voyage departs Genoa on July 24, calling at Marseille, Saint-Tropez, Villefranche-sur-Mer, and Livorno, before concluding in Civitavecchia (Rome) on July 29.

Jannik and his performance team will join guests on the first leg from Genoa to Marseille, participating in a curated onboard programme including:

• Intimate Q&A Sessions: Offering guests direct access to Jannik, with insights into the mindset, discipline, and philosophy behind his approach to elite performance.
• Charity Gala Dinner: An elegant evening at the French-inspired restaurant Fil Rouge, attended by Jannik Sinner and Explora Journeys leadership. Proceeds support both the Jannik Sinner Foundation and the MSC Foundation.
• Private Coaching Sessions: A limited number of guests will have the opportunity to join exclusive coaching sessions led by members of Jannik’s professional coaching and performance team, with Jannik present during parts of the experience.
• Wellness Sessions: Selected guests will also take part in “In Balance” wellness sessions led by Jannik’s dedicated performance team, with Jannik present at selected moments.

Following the Prelude Journey, EXPLORA III will arrive in Barcelona on August 1 for her official naming ceremony. On August 3, she will depart on her maiden voyage to Lisbon, marking the beginning of her inaugural season across Western Europe, the United Kingdom, Iceland, and Greenland.
